Homemade New Orleans Pralines!

Indulge by K.Cav is locally owned and operated in Katy, Texas by Dr. Kelly Cavitt. She is a self-proclaimed pastry chef. Her claim to fame is making one of her native New Orleans delicacies, Pralines! The natives call it Pecan Candy!

Since October 2018, Indulge by K.Cav has been a home-based small business. Initially it was operating under the Texas Cottage Food Laws, certified to conduct business in Fort Bend and Harris counties only. However, it is expanding! These delicious pralines will now be offered locally and nationally!

Indulge sold out ALL THREE DAYS of its very first “Holiday Market” event as a vendor. It was quickly becoming the next best thing in pastries of Katy, Texas. Demand was high, but manpower was low and Dr. Kelly placed the business on hold until it could be operated efficiently.
